What this website collects

The ModiMinds website does not currently create participant accounts or store enquiry form submissions. The enquiry form prepares an email on your device; your information is only sent when you choose to send that email.

The Action Companion

If you save a next move or progress status in the Action Companion, it is stored locally in your browser on that device. ModiMinds does not receive or view that entry. Clearing your browser data may remove it.

Partner CONNECT experiences

Personal check-ins and private reflections within a partner CONNECT page are not sent to ModiMinds or the partner organisation. A reflection remains only on the current screen unless you choose to copy it yourself.

If you choose to submit an experience feedback form, ModiMinds stores only the answers you submit, the partner organisation linked to the page, the submission time and whether you selected the optional promotional-use permission. The form does not ask for your name or email address. Please do not include names, health information or other identifying details in free-text answers. Aggregated, de-identified feedback may be used to improve support and share high-level program insights with the relevant partner organisation. As explained below, the hosting platform may still process standard technical logs.

Written feedback will only be considered for de-identified educational or promotional use when the separate optional permission was actively selected for that submission. ModiMinds may shorten an approved comment for length but must not change its meaning. Feedback submitted before this permission was introduced is not treated as approved promotional content.

Email and direct contact

If you email, call or otherwise contact ModiMinds, the information you provide is used to respond, discuss services and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold. Information may be retained where reasonably required for the relationship or by law.

Technical information

The hosting platform may process standard technical information, such as request logs, device or browser information and IP address, to operate and secure the website. ModiMinds does not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural marketing cookies on this site.

External services

Links to services such as Amazon and support organisations are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
