What this website collects

The ModiMinds website does not currently create participant accounts or store enquiry form submissions. The enquiry form prepares an email on your device; your information is only sent when you choose to send that email.

The Action Companion

If you save a next move or progress status in the Action Companion, it is stored locally in your browser on that device. ModiMinds does not receive or view that entry. Clearing your browser data may remove it.

Email and direct contact

If you email, call or otherwise contact ModiMinds, the information you provide is used to respond, discuss services and maintain necessary business records. It is not sold. Information may be retained where reasonably required for the relationship or by law.

Technical information

The hosting platform may process standard technical information, such as request logs, device or browser information and IP address, to operate and secure the website. ModiMinds does not currently use advertising trackers or behavioural marketing cookies on this site.

External services

Links to services such as Amazon and support organisations are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
